so i'm back in athens...and classes have started and all that fuuuun stuff! ha
i think my classes are going to be more demanding this quater which really sucks and i already hate the having class at 9 am everyday and it hasnt even been a week! my english class is going to kill me...the teacher never really tells us what he wants us to do and the syllubus barely explans anything and is confusing 1/2 the time grr
besides the classes and homework being back here has been fun! our room is already a big mess...oops

i must say i did some awsome shoppings today! hah me and barbara went to rochester mall and got cosi, then shopped. i finally used my gift cards, at ae i had 2 gift cards one that i got for my 16th birthday..and now im 18(and a half in 2 days! hah) anyway i got a sweatshirt for $30(on sale from $44) and 2 shirts for $7(on sale from $30!!!) then i got a shirt from gap with another gift card for $18 it was on sale form $30 i think..and i still have moeny left on the card..very exciting! hah then we stopped off at starbucks on the way..a few drinks got spilt, but its all good
monday i went with jaimie and bianca to the gymnastics christmas party and we got cool goodie bags for all of them before had at the dollar store, i love that place! the party was fun, we watched our video form last year and ate and all that good stuff :)
tuseday i went to jaimies for potbelly's with her, hanna, nicole, jamie and laura. then later i went to the gymnastisc practice because i forgot to get money for the potbelly's and it was the last time i would be able to visit them all before i went back to school! then i went and picked up liz for the pistons game!!
we got there early and got our rasheed mini bobble head ornaments(sp?) and watched the team warm up. the game was fun of course! a little intesne at parts hahah we watched rip get interviewed after and then headed home, got lost of course..picked up some taco bell and yeahh thats it haha... two of liz's friends said that saw her(us?) on tv right before a commercail break..which i suppose would be pretty cool hah

not toooo much has been going on lately(besides the pistons game :D)..lets see...
tuseday i went to lunch with hanna, nicole and laura..they picked me up on there way from school to potbelly's and i also saw liz while i was there, it was good to see them again! although sadly there lunch is still only a 1/2 hour so i didnt get to see them for long
thursday i went to panera with liz which of course was lots of fun + good food :)
friday was the pistons game!!!!! i picked liz and brandi up and we headed to the game, which took alot longer than it should of because of traffic but we still got there with plently of time. the game was AWSOME! we could see alot better than i thought we would hah. when we were leaving the usher told us that we could go down on the first level and near the court where the players were gettin interview sooo of course we did that..we were right infront of tayshaun and ben and rip were off to the other side. now that i think about it its kinda weird that we couldnt hear anything that tayshaun was saying even though he was so close..strrrange hah
so yeah the game was lots of fun and hopefully we can go to another one before i go back to school!!

well i am back in royal oak..how exciting hah
my dad picked me up on monday around 6 and we just left right away..stopped at waffle house! woohoo got home aroumd 1130, to a very cluttered house..basicly just went to bed once i got home though.
tuseday got woken up around 8 from the constrcution people working on the house oy vey. anyway then i got ready and headed to detroit to visit barbara, they have such nice dorms there, reminds me of a hotel and its not fair haha anyway...i "helped" her with her laundry..basicly we just sat in the laundry room eating jimmy johns and watching real world for almost 2 hours hahh then we went to somerset and shopped around there. then we went to phils house for a little while, went to big boys and then mike and phils hocket game and back to phils house for a little while..id have to say it was a good first day back...if only it would stay that way hah
wednesday i went shopping with my mom for a winter coat and just sat around
thursday i went to the thanksgiving parade with barbara, we parked at the zoo and took a bus down...but there was basicly no one there..got to downtown and didnt really know where to go and there werent many people down there either so we kept walking down woodward and sat across from comerica park then we froze for hours and went to johnny rockets to warm up a bit and went back to our spots and still wait a while and by the time the parade started to come by us we were basicly ice cubes...we watied for ryan cabera(sp?)...who was lame and not worth the wait, then we left..we didnt really see to much of the parade though, oh well. then my parents met us at the zoo and i went with them to my grandma's...we had thanksgiving lunch instead of dinner...and i must say it wasnt quite the same...darn retierment homes hah then we just hung around my grandma's apartment, wathced the lions and such
the past few days ive just been sittin ...this is going to be a long vacation oyy

so i should probably be studying for the one final i acutally have to study for, but i dont really feel like it hah
yesterday was our last day of classes and today was a "reading day" so of course me and jaime went shopping uptown! haha i got two shirts and a jacket type thing from the other place woohoo. it was soooo cold outside wow and yesterday it was nice enough to wear just a t-shirt even after dark, oh it reminds me of michigan :P
tomorrow i have my drawing and photo final, for drawing all i have to do is pick up my portfolio and for photo were just critqueing our projects (which is 50% of our grade..gahh too bad i hate how mine came out). then friday i have my art 110 final that shouldnt be too bad if i start studying soon! then im supposed to have a final on monday, but i dont have to take it becuase i had an A in that class and we can opt out of the final if you have an A!! yay for that hah but i still cant go home till sunday or monday becuase my parents can't pick me up till then...but that just means it will be a nice relaxing weekend for me!
so my parents gave our choach to my brother (although they already have like 5 at his house? oh well) and they bought 2 new chairs and an ottaman...( oyy my parents choices! )
oh and woohoo for pistons being 7-0!!!! sadly ive only been able to watch a few games :(

less than a week till i leave for school and im not nearly close to ready :x i havent started packing anything, ive done a lot of shopping though..but i cant find a messenger bag/backpack like i want(any ideas where to look???)
my brother offered to take me down on the 1st(since both my parents are teaching that day i was gonna just go on he 2nd)so i decided to take him up and that and my parents are still gonna come down on the 2nd that way if i realize things i forgot, or need my parents can bring it :) i dont know which day my roomates are moving in..hmm
i bought the softest blanket from bed bath and beyond the other day! ahh its so great!
i didnt get to go to a tigers game or to cedar point this summer, that makes me really sad
this was a pointless update, but i was bored and had nothing else to do..

gymnastics on tv! |

yesterday was the gymnastics party, which of course was tons of fun!!! we all meet up at jaimies house and then headed too the beach. it was pretty cloudy so there was basicly no one there which was sweet. we just hung around the beach for hours just..having fun lol and it got sunny and really nice out! then we went to rio wraps and back to the beach to eat, where there was a clown performing for kids haha and we had handstand contests!
after driving around park once becuase we took a wrong turn we headed to the drive in we watched deuce bigalow then some people had to be home by midnight, but a few of us wanted to stay and watch a second movie, so me jaimie, bianca, jessica, and jaime stayed and "theater hopped" to watch wedding crashers(which was a reallly good/funny movie..gald i stayed!) by the time i got home it was 2 am and we had been with each other for 13 hours!! haha
its so sad that was probably the last time im gonna see any of them before break next year :( i love our team! were serioursly the best :D hahahah
now im watching gymnastics on tv! the womens us championships..good stuff there was this one really sweet move on beam this girl did. she did a back tuck to her knee and from there (still on her knee) she did a front tuck to her knee...it was awsome!!!!
the next part of this competition is tomorrow at 7 on nbc incase anyone wants to watch :p

so i got my wisdom teeth out on tuseday morning...the IV wasnt as bas as i thought it would be i just didnt look at my arm at all when they did any of it and i was passed out within 2 seconds!! then i woke up in this room and i felt really out of it and the nurse had me sit up and my mom said that i looked like i was about i faint...i dont really remember much that happened there but some how i was in a wheel chair go out to the elevator..throw up on the way...got to the car dont remember much about the ride home...came home took a few tylonal(sp?) and feel asleep for a while, once i got up i felt ALOT better! and ive felt basicly the same ever since...ive just been sitting around my house, mostly watching tv or movies in the back(rented hitch and eternal sunshine of a spotless mind...both good movies!). been eating mostly non solid food except for today i had a brownie that basicly melted in my mouth (it was soo good) and tired eating eggs..haha hopefully tomorrow will be alot better and i can eat more solid food, im really craving cheese! hahah
anyway last sunday worked at another carnival type thing, it was alot better than last time, not as long, we got fed, better games, more people to help..it was fun. and now i have alot of little jobs for my parents friends that im gonna do, like filing things and taking care of gardens, yay money haha

got back from orinetation tuseday night...got my schedual(3 art classes and a soc. class, only one class on friday form 1-2 and only 2 days a week i have to get up before 9!) i got to see my dorm room...it looks nice and the bathrooms there are MUCH better than the ones in the dorm that i stayed in for the orenitation which is reallly good! lol i have ac and 2 windows in my dorm room which is nice :)
when we came home tuseday none of the internet worked..then my dad got my mom's computer to work with the interent, but the rest still didnt...so we bought a new thing and now just my computer wont work with the internet :( hopefully that will get fixed soon
going to orientation, made me really exctied to go to college..i can't wait to get away from here and do more than just sit around my house all day hmm a little over a month! hah :D

monday night i picked up liz and we couldnt get a hold of lauren and kristin so we went to find them at the baseball game that we were sure was going ot be cancelled because of the thunder and lightning..when we got there we didnt think we saw them, but they ended up being parked basicly right next to us haha, after standing in the rain for a bit we decided we were going to go a buffet..then realized we didnt know where one was..so we went to olgas instead! haha
wednesday i got my hair cut..i think i like it lol then went to 12 oaks mall with barbara...looked around, didnt buy anything though :( well i got starbucks, but that doesnt count lol then we deicded we watned to see house of wax at the dollar theater with liz, but she wasnt feeling good, so we went to her house and kiddnapped her into coming with us, so she could get her mind of not feeling good...hah, then we went and picked up phil, and went to hometown buffett..mmm so good!!! after that we went to 7-11 and then to the movies, we were at the theater about an hour early so we looked around the arcade type thing and then me liz and barbara got those fake tattoos and put them on..and got weird looks :D haha...finally went into the theather..chatted, movie started...SCARY/GORY(sp?) movie! i really didnt think it was going to be that scary, or good or anything, but it was.
today i got up and went to get drawing lessons from my parents friend..because i havent had and art class since middle school...and im going to have to take art class next year, i thought i would just be more prepared..plus my dad is giving her son photography classes so it was like a trade haha
i have orentation next monday and tuseday(over night thing) but i guess were leaving sunday becuase it takes 5 hours to get there...im kinda nervous for it :x which reminds that i talked to one of my roommates the other day..she called, and it was weird, but she seemed cool. it was just strange that i was talking to someone that i didnt know, but i was going to be leaving with for the next year...
today i got a call from the army recruiting people or whatever and they had a survey to see if you were eligable for it and he asked if i played and sports during high school and i said gymnastics and then he asked if i had ever broken a bone i said no and he said so you never feel off that pole vault thing! yesss there is pole vaulting in gymnastics!! gahh

i made a new layout! i reallly like this one :D hah
saturday i went to (where else) panera with liz, where she got hit on by these guys, it was really funny acutally! then i was supposed to go to the tigers game that night, but we ended up not going because of the weather :( hopefully we'll end up going to a game another time!
yesterday was my brothers birthday..he slept till 430..who does that?! anyway my mom, dad, brother and me went to max and erma's for dinner and of course it was good! we order the fresh baked cookies and they brought it out with a candle cuz my dad told them it was ben's birthday haha
last night i was watching sportscenter..becuase that is all ben watches..and they showed the brawl that happen during the tigers/royals game, it was so funny to watch..Farnsworth just tackled a guy, wow hah, but both picthers hit so many guys during that game...one thing i really hate about sportscenter, is that it's on all the time, but it doesnt change till the next night...i woke up this morning and ben was watching the same thing we were watching last night...why would you wanna see it all again...i dunno i guess its the same as watching the re-run of any other tv show..
i really want to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in IMAX, but i have no one to go with :(
i also downloaded mozilla, because i heard its better than IE but now my header for my layout doesnt show up and its real sad :( hah
and now to end the randomness of this entry..a picture my aunt sent me from when we "snuck" into the stadium at UofM, also i cuoldnt fall asleep last night so i played around the picture..

wednesday i went out to dinner with liz, lauren and barbara and we thought we were going to an american buffet, that turned out to be a middle eastern resturant that had buffets during lunch haha. they had good food though and disney on the MANY tvs :) after we ate barbara had to go but me liz and lauren went to TRH and got 2 big ol' brownies! they were sooo good. we had alot of fun there, talking about squeaky beds and such hahahah on the way home we jamed to some american junoirs and a sweet version of mary had a little lamb!!
yesterday and today i didnt do much of anything :\ very boring haha but tomorrow im going to panera with liz and making an appointment to get my hair cut :x then im going to the TIGERS GAME :D (first one of the year woohoo) with hanna and a bunch of her friends then sunday is my brothers birthday, dont know what exactly is going on for that

so yesterday i had to go to the oral surgeon in the morning and im getting my wisdom teeth out on aug 2nd :x im getting the stuff so i wont be awake during it which im happy about but not happy b/c i have to get an iv and im freaked out by those things !$#@ blahh anyway after that doug called and said they were done with the tour of Ford Field and that we should meet them at Hockeytown Cafe for lunch..so we did haha. it wasnt really that good, and the service was really slow(although it was really busy so its understandable) and the waiter messed up with our food a few times. after we finished eating we went across from the fox theather and watched all the players getting into thier cars for the red carpet thing. there were people yelling to players and stuff to look over and wave and it reminded me of the skit in SNL where the host and another person are paparazzi and yell to the celebs and such, it was funny..anyway, we missed pudge and alan tramel which was sad
after we saw everyone get in the cars we walked down to where the red carpet was and watched the last few people go down there..then we just walked around detroit which was when my aunt realized they didn't have dougs camera anymore so we retraced all thier steps from that morning to try and find it, but we couldnt :( and there are pictures on there omy couins formal and stuff that he never uploaded to his computer, i feel so bad, hopefully they will find it at Ford Field, cuz thats where they are all most postive they left it idunno, but our visit with them basicly ended bad, because everyone was mad and doug just like walked away before we got to say bye and such, i hate when things go bad..the whole time with them was so good until the last like hour :( anyway, they left early this morning and now my days are going to be really boring haha
ive decided that im not going to do gymnastics anymore this summer, becuase its not worth hurting my back more, if i was going to be competing and such next year i would probably keep going, but im not working towards anything with gymnastics and i dont want to hurt my back more :\ i think im more sad that i wont be seeing the people more than not acutally doing gymnastics though lol

first off the homerun derby was sweet! Bobby Abreu with 24 hits the first at bat holy cow! he broke so many records today haha and then of course it was sweet that Pudge got to the finals, espically becuase no one thought he would do any good(he's only had 6 HR this season so far..alot less then everyone else in the derby). i wish i could have acutally been there though :( i walked about there with my cousins, aunt and uncle before they went in and i was waiting for my dad to pick me up.
anyway..ive been so busy lately, i love it!! :)
sunday i woke up real early and got dropped off at the hotel where my family was stay and we headed to Cobo for the Fan Fest! it was really cool, got alot of free stuff which is always awesome. we just walked around the whole day looking at everything, mostly the memorbila that they were selling and the acution which had really cool stuff. also one of the companys selling stuff was from where my aunt(and dad) grew up which is really close to where my family lives right now, and they had these really cool painting, but we looked and talked to them for a while. after spending a good 6 hours (i think) at that my dad picked me up and they headed to Comerica for all the random baseball games being played haha i came home and took a little nap and hten went to borders and mervyn's with my mom. i was surprised at the clothes they had at mervyn's! i got 4 tank tops, a pair of jeans and a skirt...ive been needing tank tops and jean's for sooo long!! after shoppin i hung aournd the house for a bit and then me and my brother headed to the hotel where my family was staying and watched man on fire and spent the night there.
this morning we woke up early again! and headed to ann arbor. i went on the tour of UofM with jonathan and aunt and uncle..it was intereseting, kinda boring for me but it was nice outside so walking around out there was good. after that we found doug and ben and went to mongo..veryy good, go the brownie sundae which ive never had there, but it was reallllly good! then we hung around my brothers house for a bit and went to see The Big House(Michigan Stadium) and the gate was open, so we went in and jumped off the concession stand to look at the field(ill post pictures when my aunt sends them to me!) after that we went stopped at the hotel for a few minutes and headed downtown. parking was an experince haha we walked infront of the stadium while waiting for my dad, it was so such a tease for me...i wanted to go to the homerun derby so bad :x instead i came hoem and watched it on tv..and it was sweet as i said up there^^ haha
tomorrow i have to go to the oral surgeon so he can look at my molars..i dont want to go :( i was gonna take a tour of ford field with the family, but they are thinkin of going at 11 and i had forgotten about my appointment being at 1040, but maybe they will go at 1 instead and i can still go with them! also they are having this red carpet thing tomorrow, where all the players come down the street and random stuff like that so we might go to that and thats around 2, but we'd get there sooner to get good spots and such, so who know's either would be fun to me hahah
tomorrow's also my family's last day here, thats so sad..im gonna go back to doing nothing during the day and i had alot of fun hanging out with them...i wish we lived closer to each other! although next year i will probably be about equal distant to them as to home. which reminds me that i found out where im living and who my roommates are next year!! one is from OH and one is from PA, so it's nice to know one other is from outta state 2 :) and we have AC in our dorm..but the laundry and dining halls are in different builds :\
ohh and ive decided that either if the while graphic design thing doesnt work out for me(or i could combine the two), then i want to be a sports photographer...it would be so sweet! you get to go to all these sporting events with good seats and take awesome pictures, what could be more fun!!!
ah sry for the long boring entry..i promise next time i will have pictures to look at :)

today we cleaned the house a bit then the family showed up and we hung around the house for a little, then me, my dad, my cousins(doug and jonathan), and my aunt and uncle went to look around cranbrook, it was basicly my dad being a tour guide, it was really funny. but there was a lot of stuff i've never seen, which made me realize that whenever i went to cranbrook i had basicly stayed in the same few places hah, but it was a good day to be walking around outside and such. after that we came back to our house and sat around, talked, ate..my parents invited some of thier friends over too so it was a little party haha. it was cool to finally have my family come visit here, cuz we always go out to visit them
the family left a few hours ago to go check into their hotel and stuff, doug told me that my brother might go hang out with them at the hotel after he gets out of the movies and that i should join them, but i have a feeling they are all passed out by now from the 10 hours on the road and the fact that they were all saying how tired they were haha besides we have to wake up early tomorrow for the fan fest!!
for the fan fest you had to buy tickets for a certian time and you have to go in at that time but you can stay as long as you want..so our tickets are for 10 am and were leaving and a quater to nine just to make sure we're there on time and such i guess.
monday i think im gonna go up to ann arbor with them cuz my cousin is takin a campus tour and my brother can show them around and stuff like that..so i have the choice of hanging out with my brother and doug..which could be a little scary hahah or i could go on the tour with my aunt, uncle and jonathan...ohh the decisions! haha

today we went to lexington, i am in love with that city :)hah
i picked up barbara, liz, lauren and kristin and we drove for an hour and a half to get there(finally got a picture of a sign me and barbara have wanted to get a picture of for 3 years!!! haha) when we got there we ate at a cute resturant called serpendipity, it was our waiters first day, and he thought we left cuz he deicded to move tables to be in the sun instead of shade haha after eating we headed to the penny candy store got $3 worth of candy! then headed to the beach, there were alot more people there today then when i was there last year hah we went in the water for a little while then layed around for a bit and me and barabra walked on the "boardwalk" talking fun picturs and watching kids jump of the rocks which was kinda scary, cuz there were more rock below them...later walked around the town, went into a few stores, and headed to the swining bridge which was scary at first but fun once you realized it really wasnt going to break! we hung out on a little dock for a bit and then headed home, listening to old school nsync and britney spears!!
after i dropped everyone off i hung around the house for a bit and my parents brought home chinesse food from golden ball :D then i showered and went out to get ice cream with hanna at cold stone! i finally got something different that birthday cake remix, of course it wasnt as good, but it was less expensive! haha after gettin ice cream we just hung out at my house for a little while
my family is coming from new jersey on saturday(for the first time in about 17 years!!!!) for the all star game and festivies haha, but my dad decided we're going to have a little get together with our friends when they get, which i think is kind of to annoying my aunt(my dads sister) becuase they will have been driving for 10 hours and OF COURSE would want to be around a bunch of people they don't know haha...i think me and brother definately follow in my dad and aunts footsteps with the liking to annoy each other, but not meanly..anyyway!!!
